Ryan VanMatre
Lead Pastor
Pastor Ryan and his wife Kelly have been married since 2005. Kelly is a 4th grade teacher at Mintonye. Together they have two daughters, Miriam and Annelise, and a Great Pyrenese named Daisy. Pastor Ryan originally joined the staff in 2013, and more recently again in June 2021. He loves to spend time with his family, go camping, and is a cubs baseball fan and Colts football fan. His favorite scriptures are 1 Peter 5:7 and James 4:8.
Eric Schneider
Assistant Pastor
Pastor Eric is married to his wife,Heather. They have two daughters together, Rylee and Emmalyn. Pastor Eric joined then staff in 2008. He loves studying the entire Bible, especially the maps, and he enjoys spending time with his family. You may find him indulging on some fig cookies.
Caleb Cornell
Youth Pastor
Pastor Caleb is married to his love, Hannah. They have one daughter, Nolynn Ruth, and one son, Cason. They also have an English Lab named Ollie. Pastor Caleb joined the staff on 2020. He loves to spend time with family and enjoys playing disc golf and basketball. His favorite scriptures are 1 Timothy 4:12-16, 1 Timothy 1:7 and Numbers 6:22-27.
Earl Owen
Visitation Pastor
Pastor Earl is married to his wife, Louise. They have one daughter, Deborah who is married to Alan, and they have 3 grandchildren. Pastor Earl joined the staff in 1996. He loves to play games, and take trips. His favorite scriptures are Romans 8:37, Jeremiah 32:27, and Jeremiah 33:3.
Abram Olsen
Worship Pastor
Pastor Abram is married to his beautiful wife Rachel, and they have one son, Wesley, and two sweet dogs (Oliver and Sora.) Pastor Abram joined the staff in 2020, and loves to play board games, hockey, golf and watch movies! His favorite scriptures are Proverbs 18:24 and Psalm 100:2. His favorite indulgence is a Dairy Queen blizzard or some white cheddar popcorn.
Theresa Cornell
Children's Pastor
Pastor Theresa has been married to her husband Brian since 1989. They have four sons, Adam, Caleb, Jesse, and Jameson. They also have two daughters-in-law and five grandchildren. Pastor Theresa joined the staff in 2018. She loves to read, spend time with her family, watch movies, and play Settlers of Catan. Her favorite scriptures are Isaiah 41:10, the book of Romans, and the book of Ruth.
Katie Schmidt
Director of SOBA Single Moms Ministry
Katie is married to her husband, Brandon. They have four children, Owen, Chase, Tyler, Gavin, and two dogs, Cookie & Murphy. Katie joined the staff in 2021 and loves to work out, shop, and read. Her favorite scriptures are Jeremiah 29:11, Isaiah 43, and Psalm 62:1-2.
Kathy Hill
Receptionist
Kathy is married to her husband, David, and they have two children, Dustin and Ashley. Kathy first joined the staff in 2005. She loves to sew and enjoys making noodles and pies.
Julie Hamilton
Financial Secretary
Julie is married to her husband, Keith. They have three sons, two daughter-in-laws, and five grandchildren. Julie joined the staff in 2009. She loves to try new things, and spending time with her friends and family. Her favorite scriptures are Psalm 51:10 and Philippians 4:13. She loves to make cards and scrapbooking.
Brandy Burger
Administrative Assistant/Christian Counselor
Brandy is the youngest of six siblings and is married to her husband Mike. They have two daughters, Hannah and Haley. Brandy joined the staff in 2007 and her favorite scripture is Romans 8:28. She loves to spend time with her family and watching movies.
